FAQ

Here is a list of frequently asked questions. I know you are probably thinking *this blog is new, why does she have a FAQ*, well truth is, I have blogged elsewhere in the past. So, I figured I would go ahead and answer the FAQ's I have received in the past. 

1. Are you and A. married?
   We are NOT married, yet. But this relationship has been growing over the span of 8 years and it often feels like marriage. I know, we do not get the benefits that married couples get, I do not know what it is like to be an army wife, we do not know what it is like to be married. But, we know what it is like to be in this relationship 8 years and I know what it is like to be a MILSO. 

2. Will you get married?
   If the path we are on right now continues to grow then... HELL YES.

3. Why do you use initials for your names? 
   I am a pretty private person and until I feel comfortable in this new blogging community, I will continue to use initials. No worries, I AM NOT a robot, I am a real person.

4. If you are so private, why are you blogging?
   It helps to write my story out. You are probably now wondering why I don't just journal. Well, if my story helps someone else in a similar situation, then that matters to me. 

5. What is the story behind the name of this blog?
   Have you ever heard of the band Explosions In the Sky? If not then I highly recommend you purchase their album: The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place, listen to it, then purchase their other albums. This music is the soundtrack to our love story. We fell in love listening to that album and the music (all instrumental) is so moving. I can put on any song and instantly I go back to that moment we first listened to it together.
